Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Arkana.Health ("Arkana", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller and legal-entity details are to be finalised before public launch. This document is a working draft prepared for review by qualified counsel.

1. What we collect

We only collect data you choose to provide, namely:

2. Why we use it

Our legal bases are your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our practice.

3. Confidentiality

Client and prospective-client information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not publish client names or identifying details without explicit written consent.

4. Who has access

Your data is accessed only by Arkana and by the service providers that operate our infrastructure (for example, our website host, form and email providers). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case appropriate safeguards apply.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and client data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@arkana.health. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
